On CNBC's Fast Money Halftime Report, Pete Najarian said that he noticed unusually high call options buying in Walt Disney Co DIS. Traders were buying the June 120 calls for $1.60 and in the first half of the session around 10,000 contracts were traded. The trade breaks even at $121.60 or 12.22 percent higher.
Jon Najarian said that it's not wise to chase 3D Systems Corporation DDD after it spiked 15.70 percent on Monday. He suggested that traders who want to get long should use options, instead of buying the stock. He bought the February 15 calls in 3D Systems. He added that around 8 million shares were traded in the first half of the session and the average daily volume is around 2 million shares.
