In a report published by J.P. Morgan, Boise's BZ story is intact and it's raising estimates for Tharco.
J.P. Morgan said that there is no change to its thesis on BZ following the 4Q results. “We continue to believe that the stock is flying under the radar, a function of its size, limited trading history and outstanding warrants. We like that the company is shifting more toward packaging (from paper), further aided by the Tharco acquisition; and, we see catalysts on the horizon around the warrant expiration (June) as well as a potential containerboard conversion (not in our estimates). We remain OW.”
Boise closed yesterday at $8.71.
