On CNBC's Fast Money Halftime Report, Pete Najarian spoke about options trading volume in Dollar Tree, Inc. DLTR.
When the stock was trading at $78, Najarian noticed that somebody bought 4,400 contracts of the May 82.50 calls. They were trading between $3.10 and $3.60 in the first half of the session, which sets the breakeven for the trade between $85.60 and $86.10 or around 10 percent above the market price at the time of the purchase.
Najarian is also bullish on Dollar Tree, but he decided to buy the stock and sell calls against his long position.
