Dynex Capital, Inc. Launches Common Stock Offering

Dynex Capital, Inc. DX announced today that it plans to offer, subject to market and other conditions, 8,000,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. The Company also plans to grant the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 shares of common stock.
