Energy Recovery, Inc. ERII, a leader in the design and development of energy recovery devices for desalination, announced today the unaudited results of its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2010. In the fourth quarter of 2010, ERI achieved net revenue of $13 million, a 17% decrease over the same period last year. For the year ended December 31, 2010, net revenue was $46 million, which represented a decrease of 2% over net revenue of $47 million for the year ended December 31, 2009. ERI reported net income of $0.5 million, or $0.01 per diluted share, for the three months ended December 31, 2010 compared to a net profit of $1.7 million, or $0.03 per diluted share, for the same period last year. Full year net loss was $3.6 million, or $0.07 per diluted share, compared to a net profit of $3.7 million, or $0.07 per diluted share, for the same period last year.
