Walmart Will Hold Annual Shareholders Meeting June 3

Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. WMT today announced that the company's 2011 Annual Shareholders meeting will be held on Friday, June 3, 2011 at 7:00 a.m. CDT.

The meeting also will be webcast on the company's website at www.walmartstores.com/investors. Following the meeting, there will be an informal 30-minute live question and answer session for shareholders.
