IFF Appoints Anne Chwat Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. IFF announced that Anne Chwat has been appointed Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, effective April 14, 2011. In this role, Ms. Chwat will serve as the Company's legal officer overseeing all aspects of global legal and regulatory affairs.
