Hatteras Financial Corp. Declares Dividend of $1.00 Per Share

The Board of Directors of Hatteras Financial Corp. HTS today declared a quarterly dividend of $1.00 per common share for the first quarter of 2011. The dividend will be paid on April 22, 2011, to stockholders of record on March 18, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of March 16, 2011.
