Ulta Beauty's Stock Is A Beast

Ulta Beauty Inc ULTA shares are trading higher by $9.00 (3.2 percent) at $282.77 in Friday's session.

After Thursday's close, the company reported a Q4 EPS beat of $0.11 along with $4.1 million beat for sales. The company did issue Q1 guidance a bit lower for EPS and significantly lower for sales.

The weak guidance instigated a lower open, but the Ulta's stock quickly bottomed at $270.50 and embarked on a massive rally. The rally has far surpassed its former all-time high that was made in August ($278.63) and was revisited on March 3 when it reached $278.34.

At this time, the issue reached $284.87 but has fallen back to the $281 area.
