Shares of Howard Hughes Down 1% After Ringing Opening Bell (HHC)

Shares of Howard Hughes Corp HHC are down 57 cents or 0.9% this morning to $62.47, despite the company ringing the opening bell at the NYSE this morning.

The real estate company was celebrating its spin off from General Growth Properties GGP, which happened back in November.

Pershing Square's Bill Ackman is the chairman of Howard Hughes.
