Natural Resource Partners L.P. Announces Secondary Offering of 6M Units by Adena Minerals

Natural Resource Partners L.P. NRP today announced the commencement of a secondary public offering of 6 million common units representing limited partner interests in Natural Resource Partners L.P. through an offering registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The common units being offered are owned by Adena Minerals.

The underwriters are expected to be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 900,000 additional common units from Adena Minerals.
