Guess Beats Estimates; Stock Down (GES)

Apparel retailer Guess GES released its quarterly earnings results on Tuesday after the closing bell. The company reported EPS of $1.11 compared to analysts' consensus of $1.06. Revenues came in at $757 million versus analysts' estimates of $724.90 million.

The company sees fiscal 2012 EPS between $3.30-3.50. Currently, Street EPS consensus is at $3.50. GES sees fiscal 2012 revenue of $2.720-2.820 billion. This compares to current consensus of $2.75 billion.

The stock has lost 7.58% to $40.50 in after hours trading.
