The company sees fiscal 2012 EPS between $3.30-3.50. Currently, Street EPS consensus is at $3.50. GES sees fiscal 2012 revenue of $2.720-2.820 billion. This compares to current consensus of $2.75 billion.
The stock has lost 7.58% to $40.50 in after hours trading.
