Jacobs Receives Contract from United Utilities; Valued at $2.5M to 3M Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. JEC announced today that it was awarded a four year contract from United Utilities, one of the United Kingdom's largest water companies, for the provision of AMP5 topographical and utility surveying services. The total framework agreement is valued at approximately $2.5 to $3 million. The base contract period is four years with a two-year extension option related to good performance. The total period is expected to be six years.
