AdCare Health Systems Reports Q4 EPS of $(0.15); May Not Be Comparable to Estimates of $0.02

AdCare Health Systems, Inc. ADK reported unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter. Revenue in the fourth quarter of 2010 increased 303% to a record $27.4 million from $6.8 million in the same quarter a year ago. For earnings attributable to the company and its shareholders, net loss in the fourth quarter of 2010 totaled $1.0 million or $(0.15) per share, versus approximately breakeven in the same year-ago period.
