China Fire & Security Group Accounting Officer Resigns

On March 20, 2011, Mr. Xiaoyuan Yuan resigned as Principal Accounting Officer of China Fire & Security Group, Inc. CFSG effective immediately. Mr. Yuan resigned for personal reasons and there were no disagreements between him and the Company on any matter that resulted in his resignation.
