Morgan Stanley Updates On MA-GOOG-C-PAY Venture

Morgan Stanley has issued a report on the venture forming between MasterCard Inc. MA, Google GOOG, Citigroup C and Veriphone Systems PAY. According to Morgan Stanley, "While we continue to believe that cracking the mobile puzzle will be difficult and take some time, we think this is an influential collection of players whose capabilities and reach may provide a material catalyst for accelerating the adoption and growth of mobile payments in the US." MA has an Overweight Rating and closed at $247.70 on Friday.
