FelCor Prices Public Offering of Common Stock at $6.00 per Share

FelCor Lodging Trust Incorporated FCH today announced that it priced its public offering of 24 million shares of its common stock at $6.00 per share. FelCor granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 3.6 million additional shares of common stock.
