Parkvale Financial Corporation Declares Cash Dividend (PVSA)

Parkvale Financial Corporation, PVSA announced today that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per common share. The dividend will be paid on April 27, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 8, 2011.
