Unico American Corporation UNAM announced today its consolidated financial results for the three months ended December 31, 2010. For the three months ended December 31, 2010, revenues were $8.7 million and net income was $0.8 million ($0.14 diluted income per share) compared with revenues of $10.1 million and net income of $0.6 million ($0.11 diluted income per share) for the three months ended December 31, 2009.
