The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. IPG hosted an investor day where it presented its new long-term financial objectives, Goldman Sachs reports.
“The 13% margin target by 2014, while in line with our estimates, is also ambitious in the context of the organic revenue growth target of 4%-5% and the limited leverage in the agency business model,” Goldman Sachs writes.
“While we estimate 5.6% growth in 2011, the 4%-5% long-term target is in line with our 2012-13 estimates as well as the average growth for the industry in the last cycle,” Goldman Sachs writes.
Interpublic Group of Companies closed Tuesday at $12.10.
