Estée Lauder Companies to Assume Exclusive Worldwide License for Ermenegildo Zegna Fragrances

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. EL announced today that its Aramis and Designer Fragrances Division will assume the exclusive worldwide license for the fragrance and grooming business of the Ermenegildo Zegna Group. The license is effective July 1st 2011. Other terms were not disclosed.
