CBOE Holdings Down 3% (CBOE)

CBOE Holdings, Inc CBOE shares are falling more than 3% today, down 97 cents to $28.00, a loss of 3.35%. This comes after the Nasdaq OMX NDAQ and the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) joint bid for the NYSE Euronext NYX, leading some to speculate that the CBOE will not be acquired. There had been a takeover premium in the stock, which is now being taken out.
