OCLR shares are at the high of the day, up more than 8%, despite the company lowering its revenue guidance.
Oclaro said it expects this quarter's revenue to hit $116.5 million, down from $120.3 million as previously suggested.
Oclaro cited "inventory corrections among certain of the company's telecom customers that began during the quarter and continued through the end of the quarter" as the reason for the lowered revenue estimate.
