Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. SHO announced today the closing of an underwritten public offering of 4,600,000 shares of 8.0% Series D Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, including the full exercise of the underwriters' overallotment option, for gross proceeds of $115.0 million.
