AEP Industries Inc. Announces Pricing of $200 Million Senior Note Offering

AEP Industries Inc. AEPI announced today that it priced $200 million aggregate principal amount of 8-1/4% senior notes due 2019 in connection with its previously announced private placement offering exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amendent. The closing of the private placement offering is expected to occur on April 18, 2011, subject to customary closing conditions.
