The action is in response to a positive study regarding its experimental prostate-cancer drug. 2) Kit digital KITD: Getting a 6.9% pop to $12.33 after agreeing to buy cloud-computing company ioko365 Ltd. for $79.4 million. 3) Community Health Systems CYH: Shares are up 5.83% to $27.40. The stock took a huge hit in yesterday's session after Tenet Healthcare THC filed a lawsuit against the company alleging illegal admission of patients in order to benefit financially. 4) Cleveland BioLabs CBLI: Currently 2.9% higher to $8.15. 5) Level 3 Communications LVLT: The stock is getting a 2.35% boost to $1.74 after an upgrade from Sell to Neutral at UBS UBS. Worst 1) Extreme Networks EXTR: Shares are plunging 20.35% to $2.70 after warning of a shortfall in its third quarter revenue. 2) Alcoa AA: Currently trading down 4% to $17.09. Yesterday's earnings report isn't sitting well with investors. Despite posting a profit, margin and revenue were areas of disappointment. 3) BHP Billiton BBL: Stock is down 1.95% to $83.80 after analysts predicted that the company lost around 5% of iron ore production during the quarter due to wet weather disruptions. 4) Ford Motor Company F: Equity is losing 1.82% to $14.59 in the early session. The company said it is expecting to reduce or possibly even halt specific Asian operations because of material and component disruptions due to the earthquake in Japan. 5) BP BP: Taking a 1.71% hit to $45.87. The company may be facing a $10 billion lawsuit emanating from alleged violations of their shareholder contract from the joint venture TNK-BP.
