Tiger Woods PGA Tour 12 Sells 225K In First Week, Breaking Previous Record

The latest chapter in Electronic Arts' ERTS successful golf series, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 12: The Masters, has sold approximately 225,000 units in its first week, outperforming the previous week-one sales record (set by Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2007) by 17% in North America. Electronic Arts has also announced that the iPhone and iPad version of the game was the number-one top grossing sports game application on iTunes the day it launched and throughout its first week.
