Shares of The Sherwin-Williams Company SHW fell sharply in today's pre-market trading after Keybanc analyst Aleksey Yefremov downgraded the stock from Overweight to Sector Weight.

Sherwin-Williams shares fell 1.4% to $366.00 in pre-market trading.

• Mobileye Global Inc. MBLY shares fell 4.9% to $12.30 in pre-market trading after climbing over 4% on Friday.
