Stifel Nicolaus resumes its coverage on L-3 Communications LLL with a Hold rating. Stifel Nicolaus says, "We are resuming coverage of L-3 Communications with a Hold rating on the shares. Our rating reflects concerns regarding the company's exposure to the increasingly competitive government services market and the potential for an accelerated decline in Afghanistan-related sales should troops withdraw more quickly than currently expected."
