Skyworks Solutions Inc SWKS agreed to buy AATI for about $262.5 million, or $6.13 per share in cash and stock, representing a 57% premium to Advanced Analogic's closing share price on Thursday. Marvell Technology Group Ltd MRVL shares advanced 9.62% to $15.96 in the pre-market session. MRVL issued upbeat projections for the current quarter. ZAGG Incorporated ZAGG climbed 5.55% to $10.46 in the pre-market session. ZAGG reported upbeat first-quarter results. Magma Design Automation Inc LAVA jumped 4.85% to $6.70 in the pre-market session.
