American Tower Plunging 10% On SEC Subpoena

American Tower Corporation AMT shares are plunging nearly 10% this morning after the company received a subpoena from the SEC regarding information on its tax accounting. The SEC is seeking documents from 2007 up until now. The company said intends to cooperate fully with the SEC with respect to its request. At last check, shares were off $5.54 to $48.84‎, a loss of 10.19%‎.
