Benzinga's Top Pre-Market NASDAQ Gainers

MediaMind Technologies Inc MDMD shares advanced 38.71% to $22.11 in the pre-market session. DG FastChannel Inc DGIT announced its plans to acquire MDMD for around $418 million in an all-cash deal. WPCS International Incorporated WPCS shares advanced 32.74% to $2.96 in the pre-market session. Multiband Corp MBND signed a letter of intent to acquire WPCS, offering $3.20 per share in cash. Melco Crown Entertainment Limited MPEL climbed 4.02% to $11.40 in the pre-market session. MPEL signed a share purchase agreement to buy a 60% equity interest and shareholder loan in the developer of Macau Studio City. Yahoo! Inc YHOO jumped 0.95% to $14.95 in the pre-market session.
