First Solar FSLR is trading up near 6% after it was guaranteed 3 loans by the Department of Energy. Dendreon DNDN is trading up near 2.50% after government regulators approve a proposed LA plant. Ebay EBAY is trading up near 3% after Citigroup upgraded the company to a Buy rating. Molycorp MCP is trading up near 2% after the Chinese government guaranteed large deposits of rare earth minerals in Inner Mongolia. Losers: Lululemon Athletica LULU is trading down over 1% after Sterne Agee downgraded the company to a Neutral rating. Level 3 Communications LVLT is trading down nearly 1% despite a report that the company was selected by QuantHouse to provide services in London. Shaw Group SHAW is down near 1% after the company announced a decline in sales and profits for Q3 2011. Ebix EBIX is trading down near 0.50%. Houston America HUSA is trading down near 0.40%.
