Stalled Debt Talks Spook Wall Street

Today's Markets As of 11:00 a.m. ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average slid 79.2 points, or 0.63%, to 12,602, the S&P 500 slumped 8.7 points, or 0.65%, to 1,336 and the Nasdaq Composite fell 16.2 points, or 0.56%, to 2,843.
