Shares of AngioDynamics Inc ANGO fell about 0.6% after the company named Joseph M. DeVivo President and Chief Executive Officer, effective September 7, 2011. Shares of Tata Motors Ltd TTM fell about 3.6% after the company reported a 6% y/y drop in its global vehicle sales for July. Tata's July global vehicle sales declined to 85,392 vehicles. The company's UK-based Jaguar Land Rover unit sold 19,119 vehicles in July. Sales of Jaguar cars dropped 23% to 4,372 units. However, sales of Land Rover climbed 8% to 14,747 units. The company sold 47,238 trucks and buses globally during July. Shares of American Superconductor Corporation AMSC dropped about 2.3% after the company appointed John W. Wood Jr. as chairman of the Board, effective August 16. Shares of Urban Outfitters Inc URBN fell about 9.7% after the company reported a 21% decline in its profit for the fiscal second quarter. Urban Outfitters reported its quarterly net income at $56.7 million, or $0.35 per share, down from $71.7 million, or $0.42 per share, in the year-ago period. Its revenue climbed 10% to $609.2 million from $552.2 million. However, analysts were expecting earnings of $0.32 per share on revenue of $604.1 million.
