Matson MATX announced its plans to buy the assets of Reef Shipping for undisclosed sum. Matson shares fell 1.40% to close at $24.59 yesterday. Medifast MED appointed Joseph Kelleman as its new interim Chief Financial Officer. Medifast shares gained 0.39% to $25.60 in the after-hours trading session. Emerson Radio MSN extended licensing agreement with Funai Corporation until March 31, 2015. Emerson Radio shares declined 4.15% to close at $1.7157 yesterday. Mission West Properties MSW completed the sales of all of its real estate assets for an enterprise value of around $1.3 billion. Mission West Properties shares rose 0.11% to close at $9.07 yesterday.
