Saks SKS has hired Goldman Sachs to explore strategic alternatives including a sale, the New York Post reported. Saks shares jumped 19.39% to $16.32 in the after-hours trading session.
Analysts are expecting Staples SPLS to have earned $0.27 per share on revenue of $5.91 billion in the first quarter. Staples shares fell 1.69% to $14.50 in after-hours trading.
NetApp NTAP announced its plans to cut 900 jobs. The company boosted its stock repurchase plan to $3 billion and also said that it will start paying a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share. NetApp shares gained 3.63% to $37.96 in the after-hours trading session.
Analysts expect Target TGT to report its Q1 earnings at $0.87 per share on revenue of $16.82 billion. Target shares gained 0.06% to $71.30 in after-hours trading.
