Veeco Instruments Inc VECO added 2.84% to $31.90 in pre-market trading. The board of VECO had approved a buy back plan worth about $200 million of its common shares in the next year. ARM Holdings Plc ARMH moved up 2.45% to $15.50 in pre-market trading. ARMH’s quarterly earnings surged 226.10% y/y. Vermillion Inc VRML gained 1.89% to $5.94 in the pre-market session.
