ArcSight Inc ARST added 24.39% to $43.66 in the pre-market session. Hewlett-Packard HPQ has agreed to acquire ARST for $1.5 billion or $43.50 per share. Entropic Communications Inc ENTR moved up 10.47% to $9.50 in the pre-market session. ENTR has increased its Q3 revenue projections by about 47%-50%. Ascent Solar Technologies Inc ASTI soared 8.59% to $3.16 in the pre-market trading. ASTI has signed a distribution agreement for its CIGS modules with Radiant Holding Ltd.
