Tuniu TOUR dipped 5% to $17.87 in pre-market trading after jumping 8.04% on Monday. Reynolds American RAI shares declined 3.42% to $61.02 in pre-market trading after the company agreed to buy Lorillard. Valero Energy VLO fell 3.36% to $48.25 in pre-market trading after the company issued a downbeat profit forecast for the second quarter.
