ARM Holdings Plc ARMH rose 5.76% to $19.46 in the pre-market session. Media speculations are there that ARMH could receive a buyout bid from Oracle Corporation ORCL. Netflix Inc NFLX added 2.57% to $164.59 in the pre-market session. NFLX and NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution have expanded their license deal, to watch TV shows online. Huntington Bancshares Inc HBAN soared 2.49% to $5.77 in the pre-market trading. HBAN had supported $7.7 Million housing project in Toledo.
