Twitter Inc TWTR shares fell 2.35 percent to $17.49 in pre-market trading. Stifel Nicolaus downgraded Twitter from Hold to Sell.

Ericsson (ADR) ERIC shares fell 2.16 percent to $8.59 in pre-market trading after dropping 1.35 percent on Monday.
