Mad Money Lightning Round: Cramer Likes Atmel (SRE, DUK, IVAN, FLR, HW, C, HES, XOM, PBCT, ATML)

On CNBC's Mad Money, Jim Cramer said during the Lightning Round that Sempra Energy SRE is “OK. I used to like it when it was lower, but I have other utilities that are better. I like Duke Energy DUK for its yield." For Ivanhoe Energy IVAN, he said, "It has millions of shares. That's the problem. I'd say it is speculative. It's OK as a spec." Jim said that Fluor FLR “shouldn't have been down. We should be buying this one." For Headwaters HW, he mentioned, "Way too late to sell. I would just hold onto it." He believes that Citigroup C is “going to be a monster stock. I see it going to $5, then $6, and eventually to $12 a share by 2012." Cramer prefers Hess Corporation HES to Exxon Mobil XOM. For People's Bank PBCT, he said, "I mentioned this one in my book and I was wrong. But now I think I'm right -- it's cheap." He said that Atmel ATML is “one of my favorite integrated companies. I think it's terrific and I'm a buyer." Read more on Jim's Views On Benzinga
