Procter & Gamble Co PG named Meg Whitman, ex-CEO of eBay Inc EBAY and 2010 California gubernatorial candidate, to the company's board of directors. Whitman had earlier served on the company's board from 2003 to 2008. PG shares fell 0.05% to $64.70 in the after-hours trading session, while EBAY shares declined 0.03% to $34.50 in after-hours trading.
MGM Resorts International MGM is expected to post a loss of $0.22 per share on revenue of $1.50 billion in the fourth quarter. MGM shares gained 0.51% to $15.62 in the after-hours trading session.
Moody's Investors Service lifted the long-term ratings of Nordstrom Inc JWN from “Baa2” to “Baa1” on its strong performance. JWN shares advanced 1.34% to $46.77 in after-hours trading.
Analysts expect Agilent Technologies Inc A to report its FQ1 earnings at $0.57 per share on revenue of $1.55 billion. Agilent shares moved down 0.20% to $44.93 in the after-hours trading session.
