- Box Inc BOX posted a narrower-than-expected loss for its third quarter and issued a strong guidance for the year. Box shares gained 1.12 percent to $15.39 in the after-hours trading session.
- Before the markets open, Donaldson Company, Inc. DCI is projected to report its quarterly earnings at $0.35 per share on revenue of $535.73 million. Donaldson shares fell 0.02 percent to $40.55 in after-hours trading.
- Analysts are expecting Kroger Co KR to have earned $0.41 per share on revenue of $26.43 billion in the latest quarter. Kroger will release earnings before the opening bell. Kroger shares gained 0.62 percent to $32.50 in after-hours trading.
- Guess?, Inc. GES reported weaker-than-expected earnings for its third quarter on Wednesday. Guess? shares tumbled 13.97 percent to $13.18 in the after-hours trading session.

- Wall Street expects G-III Apparel Group, Ltd. GIII to post quarterly earnings at $1.55 per share on revenue of $938.52 million after the closing bell. G-III Apparel shares slipped 0.02 percent to $27.15 in after-hours trading.
- La-Z-Boy Inc. LZB reported upbeat earnings for its fiscal second quarter and raised its dividend by 10 percent. La-Z-Boy shares climbed 5.42 percent to $28.20 in the after-hours trading session.
- Analysts expect Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. ULTA to post quarterly earnings at $1.37 per share on revenue of $1.11 billion after the closing bell. Ulta Salon shares gained 0.18 percent to $259.98 in after-hours trading.
- Walt Disney Co DIS lifted its semi-annual cash dividend to $0.78 per share, versus $0.71 per share. Disney shares rose 0.14 percent to $99.26 in the after-hours trading session.
- After the markets close, Smith & Wesson Holding Corp SWHC is projected to post its quarterly earnings at $0.55 per share on revenue of $227.07 million. Smith & Wesson shares gained 1.11 percent to $23.59 in after-hours trading.
- PVH Corp PVH reported upbeat earnings for its third quarter, but issued a weak forecast for the holiday quarter. PVH shares rose 0.01 percent to $105.95 in the after-hours trading session.
