Live Cattle Futures Little Higher

April live cattle is trading at 112.85, up 0.32 cents/lb. June live cattle is trading at 103.65, up 0.10 cents/lb Live cattle futures are trading a little higher just after the open. Market chatter about cash prices, consumer demand and trade policy is making the rounds. Monday's USDA cattle slaughter was 113,000 head versus a year ago at 93,000 head.
