- WhiteWave Foods Co WWAV posted weaker-than-expected results for its fourth quarter. WhiteWave Foods shares rose 0.11 percent to $55.21 in the after-hours trading session.

- Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc. NUS reported downbeat results for its fourth quarter and issued a weak forecast for the current quarter. Nu Skin shares dipped 7.51 percent to $51.00 in the after-hours trading session.
