Ag Stocks Remain Weak (MOS, MON, AGU, POT)

The Fertilizer complex remains weak on Tuesday after selling off on Monday. The exception is Monsanto MON, which has gained 0.89% to $72.26. The other names, however, are all badly underperforming the major averages.

Potash POT is down 1.54% to $58.21. Mosaic MOS has lost 1.89% to $81.16, and Agrium has shed 2.16% to $91.98. Corn, wheat, and soybean futures are all lower on the session, causing the weakness in agricultural stocks.
