TXN will buy NSM for $25 per share, representing a 78% premium to NSM's closing price on Monday. TXN shares fell 1.55% to $33.58 in the after-hours trading session, while NSM shares jumped 72.71% to $24.30 in after-hours trading. Analysts are expecting Layne Christensen Company LAYN to have earned $0.36 per share on revenue of $254.39 million in the fourth quarter. LAYN shares rose 0.69% to close at $35.14 yesterday.
