Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd NVMI moved up 3.80% to $8.20 in the pre-market session. NVMI received orders worth $10 million for its integrated and standalone metrology tools from a major foundry. ARM Holdings plc ARMH soared 3.49% to $20.47 in the pre-market trading.
